Has your order arrived damaged?
In the instance of damage, I do not typically require you to return the item. I will ask for a photo showing the damage after which I am usually able to replace the item.
Missing order -
If you think your order is lost in the mail please wait until the expected delivery date has passed. Drop me an email and I will do my best to resolve this issue. For Europe/ Rest of World deliveries, I would encourage customers to select a tracked postage option for peace of mind.
Incorrect order -
If you are missing something or have received the wrong order I will send a replacement for the correct item. In this instance I won't ask for the item to be returned, please keep it, you can always add it to your emergency gift stash!
Cancel an order -
If you have changed your mind and your order has not yet been dispatched you will receive a refund in full. To cancel your order please email me as soon as possible; with your order number and request to cancel. If your order has been dispatched please see below for returns.
If you need to return your order -
Let me know via email if you would like to return your order. Please wrap it securely and post it back to 22 Redhill Road, Long Lawford, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV23 0ER. Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Depending on your bank or payment method refunds can take 3-5 days to reach your account. If you are unsure, please check with your bank.
